For Courteeners homecoming at Heaton Park, we took inspiration from their love for geometry and cinematic minimalism. We reimagined the traditional 16:9 festival screen, masking part of it with lighting to create a dynamic diagonal design which became a canvas for interplay between distorted camera work, crisp lines, key lyrics and custom visuals. The live cameras and elements fed off the energy of the crowd, bringing the spirit of Manchester and creating dynamic interplay between the band and their fans.
